The Cell functions with a holistic approach that includes: - Career Guidance & Counseling: Helping students identify their strengths, career goals, and growth paths through expert mentoring sessions and aptitude assessments. - Pre-Employment Training Programs: Conducting regular workshops on soft skills, resume building, interview preparation, and professional etiquette. - Industry Connect & Collaborations: Building strong relationships with leading organizations, corporates, and industry professionals to create internship and job opportunities. - Campus Recruitment Drives: Organizing campus interviews and recruitment events that attract reputed companies from varied domains including IT, Management, Healthcare, Engineering, Life Sciences, and more. - The T&P Cell also coordinates industry visits, expert talks, seminars, and webinars to provide students with practical exposure and insight into current industry trends.
