Academic Calendar & Activity Committee


Prepares the semester-wise and annual academic calendar in line with the university schedule. It plans lecture schedules, internal exams, holidays, and academic events. The committee also monitors execution to ensure that all academic and extracurricular activities are conducted smoothly and on time.

Admission Cell


The first point of contact for new students and parents, the Admission Cell organizes counseling sessions, provides detailed program information, assists in course selection, and manages enrollment. The committee ensures that the admission process is transparent, student-friendly, and aligned with university guidelines.

Admission Documentation


Maintains proper documentation of admitted students, including eligibility forms, certificates, and ID proofs. Ensures timely verification of documents with the university and compliance with statutory requirements.

Alumni Committee


Builds and nurtures relationships with alumni through formal alumni meets, networking events, and online platforms. Encourages alumni involvement in student mentorship, internships, placement support, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Annual Report Committee


Compiles all departmental and committee activities into a structured annual report. Highlights academic, research, cultural, and extension achievements of the college. Provides evidence-based documentation for IQAC, NAAC, and stakeholders.

Anti-Ragging Committee


Ensures strict compliance with UGC Anti-Ragging guidelines. Conducts awareness drives, orientation sessions, and surprise inspections to maintain a ragging-free campus. Acts swiftly on complaints and provides counseling to students when needed.

Audit Committee


Conducts financial audits of institutional accounts. Verifies fee collection, fund utilization, and expense records. Ensures financial discipline, accountability, and transparency in accordance with university policies.

Board of Studies Committee


Responsible for reviewing and updating curricula to meet changing academic and industry needs. Includes subject experts, faculty, and external advisors. Plays a critical role in implementing NEP 2020 and adding new electives or skill-based courses.

Convocation Committee


Plans and organizes the annual convocation ceremony. Coordinates with university authorities, dignitaries, and graduating students. Ensures that the event reflects the pride and achievement of both students and the institution.

Central Cultural Committee


Encourages artistic, cultural, and creative expression among students. Organizes annual cultural fests, competitions, and celebrations like Navratri, Days Week, and Annual Day. Builds teamwork, creativity, and leadership among students.

Discipline Committee


Maintains order and discipline within the campus. Frames guidelines for student conduct, addresses issues of indiscipline, and ensures a safe, respectful, and learning-friendly environment.

ERP Committee


Oversees implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for managing student attendance, examinations, fee records, and communication. Trains faculty and staff for effective use of ERP modules.

Events Organising Committee


Plans and executes academic, cultural, and extension events. Coordinates logistics such as stage setup, invitations, sponsorship, and student participation. Ensures events are well-organized and impactful.

Coordinates university examinations at the college. Prepares seating arrangements, appoints invigilators, and ensures smooth conduct of exams. Maintains confidentiality of exam papers and results.

Industrial Interface and Visit Committee


Strengthens academia–industry linkage through industrial visits, guest lectures, and MoUs with companies. Provides students with practical exposure to business and management practices.

IQAC & NAAC Committee


Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) spearheads quality enhancement measures. Prepares documents for NAAC accreditation, monitors academic standards, and encourages best practices.

Lab Incharge Committee


Ensures smooth functioning of computer labs, language labs, and subject-specific labs. Monitors equipment, software, and usage.

Minutes of Meeting Committee


Maintains records of minutes from IQAC, Academic Council, and other committee meetings. Ensures documentation and follow-up actions.

NSS/NCC Committee


Coordinates National Service Scheme (NSS) and NCC activities. Engages students in community service, discipline, and nation-building initiatives.

Newsletter Committee


Publishes newsletters covering institutional achievements, events, student and faculty highlights. Enhances visibility of the institution.

Parents Teacher Meeting Committee


Organizes periodic meetings with parents to share student performance, attendance, and overall development. Builds strong parent–teacher–student collaboration.

Sports Committee


Organizes sports activities and competitions. Encourages participation at inter-collegiate, university, and national levels. Promotes physical fitness and team spirit.

Website Committee


Regularly updates the college website with academic schedules, events, research highlights, and announcements. Ensures visibility and transparency.

Class Coordinators


Each class has a faculty coordinator who manages attendance, student counseling, academic records, and parent communication. Acts as a mentor and first point of support for students.
