M.Sc. Biotechnology is a course that discusses the higher-level application of biology in health, food, cosmetics, animal, plants and agriculture industry. The master’s degree in biotechnology (post-graduation) has a duration of 2 years that is segmented into 4 semesters. M.Sc. Biotechnology eligibility is to have a bachelor’s degree in science with a specialization in any biological sciences. Graduates from BAMS, BHMS, BPT and B Pharma. are also eligible for admission. M.Sc. Biotechnology jobs include roles like Research Biochemist, Biotechnology Researcher, Associate Engineer, Quality Controller etc. Apart from industrial jobs, after completion of M.Sc. in biotechnology, students can also go for Doctorate and pursue career in research and development.Â
