Thus considering it’s esteem importance in Real Estate & Plant & Machinery sector, BMU has initiated M.Tech. course in Real Estate Valuation and Plant & Machinery Valuation, This course should be based on draft copy of NIV (National Institute of Valuation) guideline prescribe by Ministry of Corporate affairs. The Postgraduate Course is Regular course having duration of 2 years expanding over 4 Semester terms.
